Since 1995, Anthony and Cindy Jackson have been providing catering services to Metropolitan Detroit and beyond. Anthony “Tony” Jackson, Chef & CEO
Chef Tony is a seasoned hospitality and food and beverage professional with over 20 years in the culinary business. He has always been part of a food centric environment, homing his superb cooking skills from distinguished mentoring chefs in the kitchen of high-end local restaurants where his love for the food industry and entrepreneurial acumen was solidified.
Much of Tony's personal time is spent cooking. He has a passion for developing flavorful recipes and creating signature dishes that are on high demand from his satisfied clients. Chef Tony has a humble nature, but his enthusiasm for food and life are expressed in every dish served.
Chef Tony was honored as one of the 2017 Men of Excellence.
Cindy Marie Jackson, CFO
Cindy's love of food and hospitality stems from growing up in a loving family of great professional cooks who owned their own catering business. Her desire to provide clients with an exceptional service and culinary experience is evident in every event Jackson’s Five Star executes.
As Jackson’s CFO, Cindy also assumes the responsibility of managing and overseeing the culinary operation, training staff and monitoring the quality of execution, and all relevant business standards. She is a proven finance leader with more than 20 years’ experience gained at public and private financial institutions. Prior to opening Jackson Five Star Catering, Cindy worked for National Bank of Detroit and at a securities trading company. Cindy holds a BA from Detroit School of Business.
